When purchasing an animal through us we want to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase from start to finish. We will represent the animal exactly as they are, with as accurate of an age and weight as possible.
Animal shipments do not ship automatically and must be scheduled. Contact us to know when and from where we will ship.
We use Dutch Dragon Imports as courier for our international shipments. Animals will be shipped from Holland . Worldwide shipping is possible, rates are variable, they depends on how many animals and destination. Time is variable, depends on destination and weather conditions. We can drop animals to a table in Hamm \ Houten to your shipper if you have one.
All animals come with a live arrival guarantee to the shipper (Holland – Germany). We can not held our responsible for anything that happens after animal arrives to the shipper. Shipping in the right moment of the year is crucial, we never had any issue. All animals arrived healthy so far. If an animal looks questionable or unhealthy please let us know immediately. We do not issue refunds due to shipping problems. We never had any, our shipping partners work very well, very professional.
Usually we ship 10 march – 10 June – 10 September – 10 December. Animals MUST be full paid before the 1st of the month we have to ship, to be able to have the time to schedule the shipment with DDI. If animals are not paid will not be shipped and the 30% will be kept on each gecko.We do not ship in January and February and August.
Shipping must be Paid to the shipper, not to us, 10 days before shipping to secure a place on the plane. Rates for USA are around 180 dollars for the first gecko and 100 for second gecko, third gecko, EACH. Prices are from Hamm to your door (in USA) .Other places in the world must be discussed with DDI himself.
Animals can be dropped “on a table” in Hamm or Houten meeting to your shipper. Must be checked by buyer to the shipper . We will double check before delivery.
All animals will be poste online with full HD pictures and 4K videos. Possibly I will post parents pics. Don’t ask for more shots, don’t ask for updated pics, all you need to see if the gecko fits your projects and your need is online.
We cannot guarantee the sex of a gecko under one year old of age. We have a 95% success rate in sex determination with a temperature controlled incubation. We guarantee the sex of any geckos over one year old of age or older.
Exception: It can be difficult to determine the sex of some Dark Morphs and Trachys at one year of ages. If we note on animal posting, we can’t guarantee the gender.
You must schedule your live animal shipment with Dutch Dragon Imports or your import\export agent. We can absolutely help you speaking with shipper and organize together the shipment. Usually you take contact with him, pay and set a day for a re-shipping to your door where allowed (USA)
You must make sure that someone is at the ship to address on the day of arrival and is on the lookout for the delivery as we cannot guarantee the driver will knock or ring.
Our preferred method of payment is credit card, wire transfer. PayPal is possible, buy the % of PayPal fees must be paid by buyer.
Animals must be paid in full 10 days before the day of the show.
Payment plans are welcome, 30% of the TOTAL value (non refundable) is due when you reserve the animal, EACH ANIMAL . 30% of the value must be paid in 24 hours after the reservation or the reservation will not be valid.
After payment animals will be taken off the site and marked as SOLD. If you change your mind after paying (you don’t have the money to fullfill payment – you don’t want to take the animal anymore for any reason) the 30% will not be refund in ANY WAY.
The price you see on the website is intended with tax, paid with bank transfers or credit card. Fees are paid by the buyer. PayPal is allowed but not welcome because fees are too high. Paypal fees are paid by buyer.
We do not discuss prices anymore. Prices are firm, only way to have a discount is multiple purchase. Prices are fees free (PayPal-card percentages) and are not including any kind of shipment.
